Full-home packages
The three package prices we quote most often, and the two carpentry rates that sit underneath every quotation.
Starting prices for a full-home renovation. Carpentry is charged per running foot. We will match any formal written quotation from a Singapore interior design company and reduce it by a further 10 percent, because the carpentry is made in our own factory. Final figures are confirmed after on-site measurement.

What we do in-house
Seven trades, coordinated by one project manager, so there is a single party answerable for the whole job.

Carpentry
In-house master carpenters build kitchen cabinetry, walk-in wardrobes, feature walls and TV consoles at our own Woodlands factory, using premium laminates and solid woods.

Hacking
Demolition of partition walls and old floor tiles, HDB permit applications, safe debris disposal and site clearance.

Tiling
Ceramic, porcelain and homogeneous tile installation, from a kitchen backsplash overlay to a complete bathroom retile.

Plumbing
Concealed piping, sanitary ware installation, leak repairs and water heater setups for kitchens and bathrooms.

Electrical
Rewiring, power points, lighting switches, data points and DB box upgrades by licensed professionals.

Painting
Plastering, base coating and finishing in Nippon and Dulux paints, including special effect walls.

Partition & ceiling
False ceiling installation and drywall partitioning to reshape a layout, conceal beams and hide trunking.

When you pay, and for what
A progressive schedule tied to work actually completed. Nothing is due before the quotation is accepted.
How long it takes
A 12-month defects liability warranty covers workmanship on every job. Vinyl flooring and premium hardware carry manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years.

Half-height cabinet $160 per running foot. Full-height cabinet $280 per running foot. A free 10ft kitchen cabinet is included with a full-home renovation.

Materials we specify
Laminates, hardware and paint come from the same seven suppliers on every job, so a finish you see in one of our homes is a finish we can actually reorder for yours.
